Privacy Policy

Evidence Photo Log is designed to work offline and store your data on your device. This policy explains how your data is handled.

Evidence Photo Log does not run a custom backend. Your photos and notes stay on your device unless you enable iCloud sync.

1. Data we collect

Evidence Photo Log does not collect account information. Your projects, photos, notes, and exports are stored locally on your device. If you enable iCloud, Apple may sync that data between your devices under your Apple ID.

2. Location and photo metadata

If you allow location access, the app can attach GPS metadata to photos and reports. You can disable location access in iOS Settings at any time.

3. Voice notes

Voice notes are recorded on-device. Transcription uses Apple system services on your device when available.

4. Sharing and exports

When you export a PDF or ZIP/CSV file, the app uses the iOS share sheet. We do not receive those files.

5. Analytics and tracking

Evidence Photo Log does not include third-party analytics or ad tracking.

6. Data retention

You control your data. Deleting a project in the app removes it from your device. If iCloud sync is enabled, Apple manages iCloud storage and retention.

7. Children's privacy

The app is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Continued use of the app after updates means you accept the revised policy.
